Nevada:: i have a question.
I'm a 20 year old male, and About a year and a half ago I went to a doctor and he prescribed me some pain medication for my back, he said I had asome curving in my spine and it caused the back pain id been having. I started smoking more regularly about 6 months after that and completely stopped taking the pills. Without them, or marijuana, my back starts to hurt significantly bad when I stand or sit for over 5 or 10 minutes. Just wondering if I qualify for the card? thanks!

I went to a sporting goods store.. I ordered my 10 year old daughter a pink, single shot youth model .22 rifle... I was going to teach her to shoot.. I was denied by the feds even though I hold a conceled carry permit.. On top of that, the ATF grants me a blasting license for working at a mine.. I can handle all types of explosives without restriction, carry a concealed firearm legally but I am to dangerous to be trusted with a single shot .22 ... Maybe if it wasn't pink??

In the last 2 years each time I have been stopped in Nevada the cop asks if I take any prescription drugs.. I have heard rumors that here in Nevada some DUI charges have been filed for folks who volunteered their private medical facts to a cop.. I hope it is not true, but it is easy to remember the 'Golden Rule' If you want to keep your gold, don't talk to the police.. Sadly, this can also have consequenses.. Not answering a Vegas Metro's questions got me a fair quality thumping a year and a half ago..

Following the mmj law regarding "grows" to the letter seems next to impossible. Once a patient has "broken" the law he is fair game for state police and federal authorities. A patient that has a grow is subject to very serious federal charges, and in the feds eyes, there is no such thing as a mmj "patient," but more likely a dangerous felon. It appears that the police and DEA know quite a bit about Nevada patients due to recent raids and other actions. The DEA has hinted in its statement regarding "Operation Chronic Problem" that more raids are coming.
